Our program is designed to provide your children with a great all-around athletic foundation. It develops Strength, Agility, Speed, Endurance, and overall Body Awareness. Additionally, it lays the groundwork for skills that are valuable in various other sports and physical activities.
-Little Ninjas: ages 3 -Ninja 45s :ages 4-5
Little Ninjas and Ninja 45s is the the entry level to all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training.Ninja classes embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. Children learn combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, & kicks in combination with strength & agility courses.Little Ninjas and Ninja 45s serves as preparation for entry into the progressive level Ninja Zone system which begins at age 6.
Ninja Ages 6-14
In Ninja classes, children learn a combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination on strength & agility courses.A progressive level system evalutates and advances children on their skill The levels of Ninja are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green and Blue.
